SEND North America is a training experience that provides discipleship and missional development. It is a 10-month, in-service training in the community of other young adults. It is hands-on “learning and doing” that is uniquely targeted toward missional outcomes. It is a discipleship training opportunity that serves as an alternative to Bible college and seminary training.
SEND North America is a division of Church Doctor Ministries that provides synergism with the teaching, consulting, and resource divisions. SEND North America units are connected to churches that have successfully completed the Healthy Churches Thrive! Spiritual Pilgrimage developed by Church Doctor Ministries. Healthy Churches Thrive! is an 18-month pilgrimage that provides, by God’s grace, spiritual health and renewal for the local church, resulting in an “awakening,” which in turn enables a church to become SEND-ready as well as revival-ready.
